Abstract Topics

When submitting an abstract for the biennial meeting, you will have the option to select a primary topic and then a secondary topic. Indicating these preferences does not ensure presenation in a selected category. Session chairs will review within assigned category first, but may also select abstracts from related topics. 2025 session/abstract topics are listed below.

Poster Information 

Poster Set-up

Poster boards will be set-up in the Holiday Ballroom 6. All posters will be on display throughout the entire conference but will be presented in two separate sessions. Odd number board numbers will formally present on Monday, November 17th from 5:00 – 6:30PM, while even numbers boards will formally present on Tuesday, November 18th from 5:00 – 6:30PM. All posters are also available to preview in the meeting app. Set-up and breakdown for ALL poster boards is as follows:

 Set-up posters starting  Monday, November 17th at 7:30 AM

Remove posters by Wednesday, November 19th at 12:00PM

 Poster Session I:

Monday, November 17th..................5:00 – 6:30 PM

 Poster Session II:

Tuesday, November 18th..................5:00 – 6:30 PM

 The organizers are not responsible for any materials posted. Push pins will be provided.

Poster Size

Each poster display board is mounted horizontally, and has a 8’ wide x 4’ tall display surface. Each presenter may utilize half of one side of the board – or an area of 4’wide by 4’tall. Please be certain to bring a poster which will fit in this display area.  Push pins will be provided on-site.  Set-up for all posters begins on Monday, November 17 at 7:30am.  Posters must be removed by Wednesday, November 19 at 2:00pm.
