We are interested in candidates that foster equity and inclusion and are pursuing innovative research in the general area of Computational Molecular Biology. Potential areas of interest include, but are not limited to, studies focused on development of novel computational methods in biophysics, structural biology, genomics, genetics, and bioinformatics with applications ranging from image analysis for cryo-EM, cryo-ET, and advanced light microscopy to AI/ML-based modeling of protein structure-function- evolution as well as dynamic intracellular processes.
