If you were selected to present your abstract as a talk, you do NOT need to prepare a poster.

Travel Awards

Trainee travel awards will are available for this workshop.  To apply for a travel award, you must submit an abstract. At the time of abstract submission, you will be prompted to upload a CV and a letter of recommendation if you wish to apply for a travel award.

Poster boards will be 45 x 57 inches, with one poster assigned per each board side.  Please make sure your poster fits within this area. All posters will be on display throughout the entire workshop, but will present at assigned time only.
